The Foundation’s Board of Directors is composed of the following persons:
 
The Director of the School of Civil Engineering of Madrid, who is the Board Chairman, the President of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Juan Entrecanales de Azcárate and José Manuel Entrecanales Domecq, respectively the son and grandson of José Entrecanales Ibarra.
